Start here: four rules for everything

Consistency beats dose size

Taking the same dose at the same time daily beats a bigger, random dose. Routine is the active ingredient.

Start at the lower end

Begin at the bottom of your range for the first few days, then adjust upward once you know how you respond.

Most stacks work best with food

Unless the label says otherwise, take with a meal. Many compounds are fat-soluble and absorb far better with dietary fat.

Give it the full first month

Many compounds build over weeks. Judge the result after a consistent month, not after the first few doses.
