Bacteriostatic Water Essential Reconstitution Supply
- Mechanism of Action
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. The benzyl alcohol prevents the growth of most bacteria and other microorganisms, making it safe for multi-use vial reconstitution over a 28-day period. Unlike sterile water for injection (SWFI), bacteriostatic water is specifically designed for repeated needle entries without risking microbial contamination.
- Key Benefits
Multi-use safe — the benzyl alcohol preservative allows safe repeated access to the same vial for up to 28 days.
Universal reconstitution — the standard diluent for reconstituting lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides.
Stable shelf life — unopened vials maintain sterility for extended periods when stored properly.- Suggested Protocol
Use a sterile syringe to withdraw the desired volume and inject slowly down the inside wall of the peptide vial — never spray directly onto the lyophilized cake. After reconstitution, store the peptide vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C and use within 28 days. Discard unused bacteriostatic water 28 days after first puncture.
BPC-157 Gut & Tissue Repair
- Mechanism of Action
Body Protection Compound-157 is a pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids. It modulates the nitric oxide (NO) system and upregulates growth hormone receptors, promoting angiogenesis and tendon-to-bone healing. BPC-157 also interacts with the FAK-paxillin pathway, accelerating the formation of new blood vessels at injury sites.
- Key Benefits
Accelerated wound healing — supports connective tissue, gut lining, and muscle recovery.
Anti-inflammatory — reduces systemic inflammation markers.
Neuroprotective — emerging research on dopaminergic system support.- Suggested Protocol
Typical research protocols use 250–500 mcg administered subcutaneously once or twice daily, cycled 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Always reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
G
GHK-Cu Skin & Collagen Renewal
- Mechanism of Action
GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper) is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. It activates genes involved in collagen synthesis, glycosaminoglycan production, and antioxidant enzyme expression (SOD, glutathione). GHK-Cu also modulates metalloproteinases (MMPs), rebalancing tissue remodeling and suppressing fibrinogen synthesis to reduce scar formation.
- Key Benefits
Collagen synthesis — stimulates Types I and III collagen production for skin firmness and elasticity.
Anti-aging — upregulates over 30 genes associated with tissue remodeling and wound repair.
Antioxidant — boosts superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, neutralizing free radical damage.- Suggested Protocol
Topical: applied as a serum or cream at 1–2% concentration daily. Injectable: 1–2 mg subcutaneously 2–3 times per week for 4–6 week cycles. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water for injectable use.
O
Oxytocin Bonding & Stress Relief
- Mechanism of Action
Oxytocin is a nonapeptide hormone synthesized in the hypothalamus and released by the posterior pituitary. It binds to oxytocin receptors (OXTRs) expressed throughout the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, modulating social cognition, stress reactivity, and autonomic nervous system tone. It reduces amygdala activity and cortisol secretion while enhancing parasympathetic output.
- Key Benefits
Social bonding — enhances trust, empathy, and interpersonal connection.
Anxiolytic — reduces HPA-axis reactivity and cortisol levels under social stress.
Mood support — emerging research on antidepressant properties and emotional regulation.- Suggested Protocol
Administered intranasally at 20–40 IU per dose. Typically used situationally rather than daily. Effects onset within 30–45 minutes of intranasal administration. Store refrigerated after reconstitution.
S
Semax Neuro & BDNF Boost
- Mechanism of Action
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from ACTH (4-10) with a Pro-Gly-Pro C-terminal extension for metabolic stability. It enhances BDNF and NGF expression, modulates serotonergic and dopaminergic systems, and inhibits enkephalin-degrading enzymes, producing nootropic and anxiolytic effects.
- Key Benefits
Neuroprotection — upregulates BDNF/NGF, supporting neuroplasticity and recovery from cognitive stressors.
Focus & clarity — enhances sustained attention and information processing speed.
Mood regulation — mild anxiolytic and antidepressant properties via serotonergic modulation.- Suggested Protocol
Administered intranasally at 200–600 mcg per day, typically in the morning. Cycles of 10–20 days on / 10 days off. Store reconstituted solution refrigerated.
T
TB-500 Recovery & Flexibility
- Mechanism of Action
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a 43-amino-acid peptide that regulates actin, a cell-building protein critical for tissue repair. It promotes angiogenesis, reduces inflammation, and facilitates cell migration to injury sites. TB-500 upregulates laminin and fibronectin — extracellular matrix proteins essential for wound closure and tissue remodeling.
- Key Benefits
Systemic tissue repair — supports healing of muscle, tendon, ligament, and skin injuries.
Reduced inflammation — modulates inflammatory cytokines at the site of injury.
Improved flexibility — promotes healthy connective tissue turnover and joint mobility.- Suggested Protocol
Loading phase: 2–2.5 mg administered subcutaneously twice weekly for 4–6 weeks. Maintenance: 2 mg once weekly or bi-weekly. Often stacked with BPC-157 for synergistic tissue repair. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
