Phenibut Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

Nootropix phenibut shipping restrictions: where we ship from, which destinations are restricted, how we assess customs/legal risk, and what happens if a restricted order is placed.

Phenibut is regulated differently around the world. Because we operate from the UAE and ship internationally, we have to be strict about where we can ship phenibut—and we’d rather be upfront than waste your time (or have a package stopped in transit).

This page explains how Nootropix handles phenibut shipping eligibility, what “restricted” means in practice, and what you should check before placing an order.

The restricted list will be updated over time as policies and customs enforcement changes.

Where we ship from

All phenibut orders are fulfilled from Dubai and typically dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sunday).

How we decide if we can ship phenibut to you

When a destination is “restricted,” it usually means one (or more) of the following:

  • Local laws/regulators treat phenibut as controlled, prescription-only, or otherwise prohibited.
  • Customs enforcement in that country has a high seizure/return rate for phenibut shipments.
  • Carrier constraints prevent shipping or increase risk in a way we can’t responsibly support.

Our policy is simple: if we believe a destination has a high likelihood of being blocked, seized, or creating legal exposure, we won’t ship phenibut there.

Restricted jurisdictions (current list)

We currently do not ship phenibut to the following countries/regions due to regulatory or customs restrictions:

  • Germany
  • Spain

This list may change. If your destination is borderline or you’re unsure, contact our support team before ordering.

If your country isn’t listed

If your destination is not listed above, it does not automatically mean phenibut is legal to import there—it only means it isn’t currently on our restricted list.

Before ordering, we recommend you verify:

  • Whether phenibut is allowed to import for your intended category (research material).
  • Whether any permits, documentation, or special declarations are required.
  • Whether local rules have recently changed (this happens more often than people expect).

Compliance guidelines

  • Research use only. Our phenibut products are for laboratory research only and are not for human consumption.
  • Local responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local laws and customs requirements.
  • Right to cancel. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to destinations where phenibut is prohibited or where shipping risk is unacceptable.

What happens if an order is placed to a restricted destination?

If an order contains phenibut and the destination is restricted, we will typically do one of the following:

  • Cancel and refund the phenibut item(s) (and contact you if there are other items in the order).
  • Offer alternative options (for example, removing phenibut while shipping the rest of your order—if applicable).
