What Are Nootropics?
Nootropics are brain-boosters: natural or synthetic compounds that help improve mental performance. Nootropics have a variety of different mechanisms of action. Some nootropics also help promote long-term brain health.
Where is your store based?
We are an e-commerce based store, and our office is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. However, we don’t have a physical store.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse to our shop page and choose the products you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and click on check out.
How long would it take for my order to be shipped?
In most cases when an order is placed before 8 PM, we ship it on the next day. However, if the order is not in stock, it would take between 2 to 3 days instead to be shipped.
How is my order going to be delivered?
Once your order is confirmed we ship it out via a Fetchr courier company. Upon confirmation, you will receive an SMS confirmation as well as your invoice and tracking code via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to cities within the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, and UAQ, as well as Bahrain. But we are on the planning phase of expanding to international shipping.
What if I would like to order a product that is not available on your store?
If you’d like an order that you can’t find in our store, you may contact us to request it and we would do our best to add it to the inventory.
