Shipping and Returns

We are committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship. This means that most orders placed on Sunday will ship Monday, etc.

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required. But the shipping method may differ based on your city.

Our logistics partners are Aramex & Emirates Post.

Based on your location, and our understanding of their processes, we will choose the most suitable courier that will deliver your order faster. If you prefer your order to ship via one of them vs the other, you can request that by mentioning it in the checkout comment section and we’ll happily honor your request.

The cutoff time for the couriers is 5pm. We always trying our best to ship orders within the same day if placed before the cutoff time. Otherwise, if the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be picked up by them the next morning.

All Orders within UAE (except Dubai)

Orders ship with Emirates Post are delivered the day after its picked up. And although Aramex claim to have the same delivery time, they almost always have a 1 day delay. That’s why we always prefer EP due to the speed of delivery and excellent workflows.

Dubai (sometimes applies to Sharjah/Ajman too)

Most of the time, orders placed from Dubai before 4pm are picked up and delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will also have a chance of being delivered on the same-day (based on the time, circumstances, availiblity of drivers, and customer availibility/request). Otherwise, it will be delivered the next day or as preferred by you.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

Orders to all GCC countries are shipped via Aramex Express, and usually take 2 to 3 days to be delivered. However, please keep in mind that Cash on Delivery is not an option, as the international couriers don’t offer across-country cash on delivery collections.

International orders / Rest of the world

All international orders are shipped via Aramex Express. Depending on where in the world you are, this can take anywhere between 2 to 8 days. While we still offer international free express shipping, please note that this is subject to change as we are still working out the ideal process to stick to. It’s adviseable to email our support first so we can check the process and (if) any requirements for clearance.

Please keep in mind that this applies to stocked products, and still subject to change. We are continuously testing the best options to get orders shipped as fast as possible.
